2010 New Hope for Chicago

Join with other youth groups from all across America to impact “the world” in downtown Chicago. Chicago’s unique location in the middle of our country provides a unique opportunity to serve and work alongside other believers (representing inner-city churches and organizations, as well as other Christian students from various other places). Our goal is that many of our participants will develop a God-given burden for inner-city ministry – and will realize a greater level of personal confidence to share Christ’s love back home after seeing our level of success and effectiveness in downtown Chicago. This trip will give your group a true cross-cultural experience without leaving the country. They’ll meet people from all over the US and have the privilege to serve in several various ethnic neighborhoods in downtown Chicago. Each day starts with specific and intentional prayer time and ends with a significant time in a Bible conference that includes relevant preaching, God-honoring worship, and testimonies of what God did throughout our day in the city. Our group will travel each day from our hotel near O’Hare Airport to various inner-city neighborhoods in Chicago. The trip also includes some opportunities for site-seeing in and around the great American city.
